EDIT:
The prices have changed again slightly (1hr and 45mins from the reset reading). That means that they are dynamic indeed and doesn't seem to be related to the reset of the timers.

Took another reading roughly 1hr 15mins into the second reset, thus adding a third number.
EDIT3:
Took another reading at the second reset. Added some new weapons and armor which I missed on the previous readings. Trades seem to update the prices every 1hr or 1.5hrs, need to confirm this.
