After several infuriating matches yesterday, I've come to the conclusion that we need ping restrictions in ranked.
4 different matches yesterday ended with my team, and several others, being wiped by someone with ridiculously high ping, because they were basically untouchable, teleporting around.
When someones ping is so high that their character model appears to run in place before teleporting 10 feet in a seemingly random direction, you literally cannot hit them with anything, because their hitbox effectively doesn't exist. People are clearly using this to their advantage, likely by setting their region to somewhere with suitably high ping and abusing the lag.
One of the matches, I died to a wraith doing this, and spectated afterwards. She ended up losing her teammates halfway through, and still winning the match with at least 13 kills. The final ring was her against two full squads, and she killed all 6 without getting hit once because she was bouncing all over completely untouchable.
Seriously, can we please get a ping cap in ranked. A little bit of lag is one thing, but this is ridiculous.
