Epic Games Player Support Sucks !

So recently I had a virus on my computer which also had a keylogger along with it which means it took my passwords for every account I had including my Epic Games account. Now i contacted support several times and because I did not give info to the following things i can't get my account back and I literally can't help I don't save receipts from 2 years back or from when ever + my email gets cleared automatically every 30 days i'm pretty sure and in my case my email account was compromised to and they deleted every email that had something to do with payments which is very smart of them because without i won't get my account back. But here are the questions i can't give an answer to simply because i don't have them.

  1. The invoice ID or Transactions number from your Epic Games purchase or mobile/console receipts for purchases made in-game.

    1. The Invoice ID is located at the top of your Epic Games receipt and begins with an "A," followed by 8 or 9 digits; example: A12345678.
    2. The Transaction number can be found in your emailed Xsolla receipt.
  2. A screenshot of your oldest available receipt for this Epic Games account. This can be also a screenshot of your oldest in-game purchase made on your console/mobile. If you have trouble finding your console receipt, refer to the corresponding link:

The thing i don't get is with the info that i did give them they should easily be able to verify my ownership but yet they keep giving me the same BS excuse that the data did not match even tho it is the exact info that was on my account.

Here are all the questions that i had to answer to verify my owner ship:

  1. Your public IP address (IPv4)

    1. You can find this by searching "What is my IP address" in your internet browser (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc). 
    2. Note that you have to turn off all VPN and traffic acceleration services before searching for your IP address
    3. If you use multiple connections or devices, please include all their IP addresses.
  2. The original Display name of your Epic account

  3. The names of any PlayStation, Switch, Twitch, Xbox, or any other external accounts connected in the past and present to your Epic Games account

  4. Locations (city and country/state) where you made purchases on the account

  5. The last 4 digits of the first payment card used in the Epic account

  6. The invoice ID or Transactions number from your Epic Games purchase or mobile/console receipts for purchases made in-game.

So with this being said I'm lost and i don't know what to do anymore. Just because i did not have any receipts they can't verify my ownership? What's that for nonsense I tried getting my battle net account back and with their support they literally immediately said it could get my account back just after a few steps that weren't as stupid like these from Epic.

Some one please help because now I'm just letting them walk freely with my account and epic just f**ks completely because i don't have a d*mn receipt???
