fortnite frame drops and stuttering

i have tried everything i know to do. up until about 3 weeks ago the game was fine. but now i get terrible game lag due to frame drops./

X570-e gaming mother board

ryzen 5 3600

gskill rip jaws 2×8 3600Mhz

Strix RTX 2060 super

things ive tried

i removed and cooler and added new thermal paste and cleaned out my entire PC

wiped my entire computer and did a clean install of windows

updated all driver for computer and GPU in geforce experiance.

Have all fortnite settings on low or off

setup invidia control panel for performace

went thru my bios to check ram speeds and temps, have also monitored temps while under a full load.

turned off windows game mode

Set fornite to high priority when running

What else can i try? im running out of options
