If I were a dev, these would be my changes for the underdog heroes.

This I wanted to share with people and get to see what everyone thought. Some of these might be out out the box ideas, some many people have thought of as well. Anyway without regrets here we go.

Bloodhound:

Q – decrease cd by 10 seconds.

Passive – have a crow fly from the first clue you see to the next newest when you get close ( even if you're not looking directly at it)

New passive – fortified helmet +15% headshot reduction (head too big and armored needs something)

Ult- remove heavy, breathing why is he so out of shape?

Change footprints color from red to purple like real heat vision + allows for less blinding in close quarters fights. Also remove the beam of lights radiating up from the foot prints. Unnecessary and provide distractions.

Octane:

Q- Remove damage caused by using it

Passive- 1 hp for every 1 second healed when he hasn't taken damage for 5 seconds. Additionally to his passive heal, he cannot be slowed. This includes arc stars, caustic gas, taking damage from any source etc.

Caustic:

Remove slow from allies walking through gas on both ult and q. (I don't think they should see through it and that's fine, after all, that's his passive)

Q- decrease recharge time by 5 seconds.

Passive for both his q and ult- tearful eyes. If a player is in caustics gas for 3 seconds or more when they exit they still won't be able to see completely for 3 seconds as their vision slowly recovers from watering eyes.

Crypto:

Q- add option to quick launch the drone by holding q. This will have the drone fly off your back and go up to 15 feet in the air looking the opposite direction that you're looking.

Passive – traps detected by the drone won't be triggered automatically if crypto gets in range

Mirage:

Q- Illusion gains 50 hp. Illusion now sprints at full speed and normal animation by default to look like the real mirage – at anytime during the active illusion press q to make it crouch and q again to make it stand. (This can be used while sprinting make it crouch slide and then stand run again until it reaches it's destination).

Ult- increase ult to 10 second invisibility. Give two cloaked Holo discs that mirage can throw once they land they will Target the closest person in line of sight with a holo version of the last gun that mirage used. This will cause no damage but the light that they immit will trigger a players hud to detect gun fire from that direction. You can also use Q while invis.

Anyway those are my suggestions. Love or hate them I think at least a few could be used.
