It would definitely benefit Apex because there are alot of us that were happy to throw money at the cool stuff we got from the old events and instead of people being pissed about a different color of the same skin they already have it will be a little more like one of the store recolors. Either you get them from a pack as usual or to eliminate some options you can do the direct purchases for those skins you already have for 1200/1000 Apex coins instead of 1800 or 1800 crafting metals instead of the normal 2400. A lot more people would be willing to pay for a different color way (including myself) of a skin they already have instead of paying full price and maybe it will incentivize (like 5) people to buy new skins when they first come out to see what may come up in the future years/events…. I know everyone loves to complain about recycled content and overpriced transactions but I think this would be one cool step in the right direction.
